What Do We Do With Your Information?

When you make a purchase, we collect the personal information you provide, like your name, address, and email, to fulfill your order and stay in touch with you if needed.

As you browse our store, we also receive your computer’s IP address to help us understand your browser and operating system. This helps us keep things running smoothly.

If you've opted in, we may also send you occasional emails about new products, offerings, or updates. This is always with your permission.

If you contact us by email, mail, or other means, we may keep a copy of the correspondence to respond appropriately and improve your experience with us. Making a Purchase

When you checkout using our website, we do not see your credit card details, only the basic transaction info like your name, contact details, and order info, so we can confirm your purchase and provide excellent service..
In rare cases, we may assist customers by entering their order directly into the website using the information they provide to us.

If your order is a physical product, we may share your shipping info with carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS to deliver your order.

Joining the Mystical Insights newsletter, or signing up for one of our email programs, like a drip course or daily inspiration, is completely your choice! When you subscribe, we collect only the basics, like your name and email address, so we can send you the content you've requested.

Details about how many emails you'll receive and how often they'll arrive are always shared on the signup page, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

You can unsubscribe anytime with a click from any email. We respect your privacy and never share your information, unless required by law, and we only use it to deliver the emails you’ve chosen to receive.

Comments, Reviews, & The Wall Of Love

When you leave a comment, write a review, or share kind words for our Wall of Love, you're giving us permission to share your message on the site for as long as we'd like. Don’t worry, we'll only display your name (or the one you choose to use), never your email address.

If you ever change your mind and want your comment or review removed, just reach out and let us know. To keep things safe and respectful, we may ask you to confirm that you're the original author, usually by emailing us from the same address you used. We promise to keep it simple and take care of it as quickly as we can.

Student Profiles & Privacy

As an enrolled student, you have the option to create a student profile to personalize your experience and connect more deeply with the content. While students cannot upload their own images, a default avatar (our symbolic dragonfly) will appear beside your name. If your email address is linked to a Gravatar account, your Gravatar image may appear instead.
Please note that some parts of your profile, like your name, avatar, and bio, may be visible to other students or site visitors.

Also, some activity, such as course comments or achievements, may also be visible to others depending on how the platform is used.

Currently, the teachings and courses are provided solely by the site owner. If that changes, privacy information related to additional instructors will be shared accordingly.

We recommend only including information you're comfortable sharing publicly. If you ever have questions about what's visible, just reach out. We're happy to help!

Sessions & Readings

If you request an intuitive reading or energy session, any personal information you share is treated with the utmost confidentiality. We only use or share that information to fulfill your request or when required by law.

Security

We do our best to keep your personal information safe with reasonable physical, digital, and procedural safeguards. Still, no method is 100% secure online. We can’t guarantee absolute security, but we work hard to protect your data.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16. If we learn that a child has submitted personal info, we’ll remove it as soon as possible. Parents or guardians can contact us directly to have the data deleted.

Server Logs

Like most websites, we use session logs to help understand how visitors use our site. This lets us know what pages are visited, what browsers are used, and so on. These logs do not contain personally identifiable information, unless you’re Googlebot 😉.
