Understanding Our Refunds And Returns Policy

We’re so grateful you’ve chosen to journey with us at My Spirit. Every product and service we offer is created with deep love, time, and intention. Because our offerings are digital, personalized, and energetically attuned, we’ve crafted the following gentle guidelines to support clarity, fairness, and mutual respect.
No Physical Products (For Now):
At this time, we do not offer any physical products, so there is no return process for physical goods. All of our offerings are digital or service-based.
Digital Courses, Webinars & Audio Content:
Our courses and digital content are designed to support your spiritual growth and personal expansion. As these are digital goods delivered instantly or accessed online, we are unable to offer refunds once a course has been accessed or opened.
However, if you purchase a course and decide it’s not the right fit and you have not yet accessed any of the content, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Just email us within that time frame, and we’ll take care of it lovingly.
Account Misuse or Abuse:
We ask that all students honor their access to our courses and materials. If an account is used in ways that violate our guidelines or terms, access may be paused or removed. In such cases, we’re unable to offer a refund, as the content has been made available for your growth and exploration. This helps us maintain a safe and supportive space for everyone.
Intuitive Angel & Tarot Readings (Delivered via Email):
Our intuitive readings are lovingly handcrafted and guided with care, using your energy and questions as the compass. Each reading involves focused time, preparation, and deep intuitive connection. Because of the personal nature of this work, we’re unable to offer refunds once your reading has begun, even if it hasn’t yet been delivered.
Readings are completed on a first-come, first-served basis and may be delivered within a few hours or take up to 3 business days, depending on current demand. There is no appointment or booking process. Once your order is received, your reading enters our queue.
If you change your mind after purchasing, please contact us as soon as possible. Since there’s no visible indicator of when a reading begins, the only way to cancel is by reaching out promptly. If we have not yet started your reading, we’ll be happy to issue a full refund. Once your reading is in progress, we’re unable to cancel or refund the order.
Your understanding helps us continue offering meaningful guidance with care and integrity.
Live Group Sessions or Webinars:
Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, tickets or enrollments for live webinars and events are non-refundable due to the nature of planning, energy prep, and space-holding involved..
Free Content:
We offer a number of free resources, meditations, and classes as part of our mission to serve and uplift. These are yours to enjoy. No strings attached.
